  Bad costumer service. In a time were retail business is so unstable customer service makes a big difference.
  Young manager was dismissive and the only thing he can do was repeat himself "nothing I can do, this is the store policy" bought a pair of pants that didn't realised had a damaged zipper. I'm only out $39 bucks, the store only lost one consumer
