  my family and I stop by dtlr store in the palisades mall to check out the shoes.. but as we were shopping a lady walk in complaining about her ugg display, at first it sound it like she was just playing in the way she complain about who mess it up.... but than as she lock the door and I guess was letting the customer out it looks like others were trying to walk in. And she complain about it by saying " this people think this is a amusement park ". And keept talking bad about the people or customers. A customer inside the store got upset after hearing all this coming out of her mouth and stood up and told her that this was her job to give good customer service and that she should not complain or talk like that about us(the customers) and the other lady start arguing with the customer. The customer ask to speak with the manager and for the surprise.... this lady was the manager.... my mouth drop... the customer told why you complaining if the mall closes at 7pm and the manager answers "the mall, but we close at 6pm, and I can ask you to leave or call security to escort you out" wow my mouth drop even more to hear this. So I stood up and ask my husband to leave that this was so upsetting to see and hear that I just put back the shoes that I was planning to purchase and told my husband I rather go to another store, this was just unbelievable. Every customer inside the the store drop what they had on their hands and walk out upset. And as we walk out the employees look really ashamed to witness all this and apologize as we walk out. I imagine if this manager talk like this to the customers how does she treat the employees??????. I felt sorry for them too...
  This is been the most worst experience I ever had and witness that I still don't believe what I have seen and heard. And my family and I always shop here we love your sales but after this I don't think we would ever walk in to dtlr
  I think someone should do something about her attitude specially been that she is the manager, this is no way to talk and treat the customers....
  this was really upsetting....
