  the new staff are so rude and uncaring. they've ridiculed my mother on many occasions due to her accent/pronunciation/ blaming her when we point out that they put something wrong in the bowls because THEY didn't understand; always mis-charged us for more than what we got. for instance, i always get two steak bowls and one veggie bowl to go, but they always charged us for three steak bowls because someone mis-wrote the letter on the bowl. they tell us that we ordered three steaks but we didn't and so we tell them to open and look into the last bowl (veggie bowl) and they realized it wasn't steak. didn't even apologize, all they said was "oh".
